I would like to see a billable hours statement of billing for this most valuable Hutchens, Senter & Britton P.A. Sustitute Trustee of Subtitute Trustee Services, Inc. While you are about it, please send proof of your actually being in possession of the orignianl note in unaltered state, unwritten upon state... The owner of the original note is the only party who is legally allowed to foreclosue... However Wayne Dixon sees everything through green colored glasses... His glass is always more than 1/2 full. From this outrageous bill, J. Scott Flowers must have a very full glass also. Please respond with your now very humiliating and very late fee. You have the bucks and we want damages for what you employed this overly aggressive and creative pit bull substitute trustee to do... Rachel Hemris is 85 and worried... Your fee is now tripled as stated in the original terms if not honored in a timely manner... You have my permission to give all correspondence to Rebecca Britton of Hutchens, Senter & Britton P.A... And as soon as she has walked in my shoes and the shoes of Rachel Long Hemric for the 2 decade session of humiliation, devastation and loss and the 56 attorneys that invaded our lives via that signature on the dotted line of the first and original predatory lenidng nightmare of May 14,1990... I do not believe your Substitute Trustee, J. Scott Flowers, Hutchens, Senter & Britton has made you aware of his incompetency; gross negligence and tortuous interventions.
Please take care of the bookkeeping entries to make certain this is credited to Rachel Long Hemric. You are informed also that EMC is also PAID IN FULL. This is most horrific to torture an 85 years old woman with being put out of her home; the loss of her home is the most serious of losses... She does not deserve to be part of any of this; now almost 19 years old series of criminal perpetrations against her name... She had 83 years of stellar credit performance until predators made it into her life... Sun Trust I am sure does not wish to be advertised as one of these perpetrators of fraud against her name in the taking of her home by false pretense, and selling her home at auction in Yadkin County... Yadkin County has other very serious perpetrations reported...'whisper sales.'
Please add an additional $500,000.00 the existing debt owed to my mother for this most serious of mistakes... Gregory Matthews stood in for J. Scott Flowers... This amount if added to the now existing...$4,850, 039.20 plus $500,000.00 is now $5,350, 039.20; and if we are forced to do a reverse mortgage to reclaim this property, those charges will also be added in triplicate. We have every need to copyright our names as we have the unfortunate experience of having been the multiple victims of property frauds... Predatory lending, identity theft, multiple forgeries of my name that has escalated a debt in excess of $400,000.00 from the original date of May 14,1990 in which the loan amount was $345,000.00... Almost one hundred thousand more than what it was 13 years previous... With Carolina Farm Credit receiving via direct deposit... 100% of the money from the two poultry houses, the original one being financed by Central Carolina Bank, now Sun Trust. This too was a predatory loan in the taking of my mother's property by false pretense... This was our initial encounter with what is now Sun Trust Bank/Mortgage. Yesterday was memorable to say the least in the selling of my mother's home when it could have been paid for with cooperation of Sun Trust, their Substitute Trustee, or working equipment...

Until you have gone through the abusive losses and the expenses involved with correction of identity theft and violations of the use of your name, one does not know how to appreciate what and/or how important one's name is... Then you as a banker do realize the importance of a signature.
