Wachovia Fit of Rage exposes the FBIs disinterest in the truth. The FBI has stalled and delayed with knowledge of the law and has willfully and with intent inflicted emotional distress, pain and loss into life of 84 years old victim. David Gardner, the do-Nothing FBI agent; a supposedly intelligent white collar crime investigator put the home, business and all properties of 84 years old victim at risk. The words and the actions of Wachovia Banks Elaine Reece; branch manager of the Yadkinville Wachovia on November 2 were bittersweet; the most unprofessional behavior I have ever had the privilege of seeing or hearing, let alone being the targeted victim of. If you dont stop doing whatever it is that you are doing; that woman in there meaning my mother, Rachel Hemric. That woman in there is not going to have a pot to piss in! Elaine Reece was totally out of control and screaming at me in a high enough tone that people stopped getting into their vehicles in the parking lot (I saw one man stop with one foot in and one foot out of his pick-up truck stop in place to watch my chastising. For what? I was not sure.)
Elaine Reece continued with her tirade to further state I want you out of my office I will not wait on you. I want you to get all your stuff and get out of my office NOW! I have watched you for years as you started this and started that and never have I seen you do anything long enough to be productive. I started to speak, I started to mention Grady Shore and the Carolina Farm Credit interferences with the taking of my mothers property and my property; the time wasting and all consuming court cases. The crimes are there... There are none so blind as those who refuse to see... Walk a mile in my shoes and then yell obsenities at me. This is the culmination of an eighteen years long battle... It has taken an enormous amount of expertise and law training to bring us down. My mother and I have given those in charge a run for their money... Literally. We have been stolen from and we are treated like we are the crooks... Fair Trade? I would rather have treble, the $180,000.00 for each my mother and myself. It is a long home that we have chosen; not by choice... The sun shines brighter today. I shall write of my past, in the present to secure my future. I shall write of obsenities, and battles... And blistering losses... All the while... There is nothing being done to give back to my mother that which was taken from her illegally. "If you respond, I WILL call the police... I mean it... I will call the police. So much had happened in the past 15 minutes or so... A perfectly innocent meeting had turned hostile in the verbbage spit out in long profusion. All I asked Elaine to do was to look at my mother's bank account... And I am beiing threatened with the police department being called. Good thought I have some reports for them... Will save my gas if they come here. I feel sure that eventually I wil be arrested for something. They are trying too hard. A criminal mark against my name is what they want to continue the bleed.
