Our mortgage co. SunTrust mortgage inc. Committed fraud by filing a default that was false and they knew that. They applied funds to a payment that had already been paid sent proof, they never sent us after two years of phone calls our original loan docs nor did we get the original "NOTE" they put us in default for being seven months behind sent them copies of each check they cashed for those seven months. They stole our home in 2011 and our credit was ruined, our home was broken into, movers smashed most of our belongs while they were moving our belongs that SunTrust hired when we had 2 weeks to remove our belongs. They have never sent us any papers in regards to default, auction of our home, etc. We sent in all docs they wanted so we could lower our payment but, they always said when we call that they do not know what we are talking about even when the papers were sent certified mail.
We filed a claim for roof damage and it was honored by the ins co. But, SunTrust kept the money, never paid our property taxes, loan was written up as a impound account so ins/taxes were part of the mort. Payment. We are now going to request again the original blue ink signed "NOTE" and original blue ink signed loan docs from SunTrust if they can not produce them then we will be taking our home back. We will not be a victim in these evil thing SunTrust is doing or have done, we may not be lawyers but, we know enough to stand our ground and take down SunTrust mort. And hold them accountable for what they are doing and have done.
Why are these companies still doing business when it's so clear that they are stealing from people, committing fraud, filing fraud docs, inventing past due payments, not paying homeowners property taxes etc. I do not have enough time or room to go into every little detail of what suntrust did to us I will say this "my husband and I will get our home back or we will be infact given a check for all the damage suntrust caused we will not come out of this with nothing I will make sure of that.
