USAA is horrible!!! When you have to cope with them to get a mortgage, do not! The mortgage processor and also the underwriters behave as whether it's their cash. They do not not return calls, e-mails which means you never understand whatis happening. We were continuously requested to deliver them files they claimed they obtained.in my opinion the mortgage processor held our document on his table and did not do something withit for times. The gov't must part of and prevent the military troopers and experts from by using this phony organization that's messing the support people as well as their people. Had I observed all of the grievances that I Have observed in the final week about USAA, I'd haven't handled them!
