Jerita From rude, demeaning, insulting Loss Mitigation employee

I have my loan through Wachovia and at the moment, I am having difficulty in paying my mortgages, I am behind for about a month now and next month will be the same story. I don't want to lose my home so I decided to contact them and ask them what kind of workout plans they have for struggling people like myself? They told me that they will sent me a hardship packet which is up to now I haven't receive, so I decided to call them back again and they told me that they will resent the letter one more time.

I waited for about a month and nothing, so I looked up the Wachovia Loss Mitigation department and decided to call them (1/23/09 11:25am) after waiting for an hour for Wachovia Loss Mitigation representative, I finally got through and spoke with the lady named Jerita, her first response was " why are you behind on your payment?" so i told her about the downturn in the market, resulting my company to cut off our hours at work (up to 16hrs per pay period) she asked about my income and calculate all of my expenses.

After doing all of these, she told me that i am short of $300 a month and there's nothing she can do for me, she told me that i have to get a part time job or find it somewhere else, she also added that her only suggestion was for me to get that amount of money every month so i can still have a place to live. If I have all of these obvious resources, we wouldn't even have this conversation to begin with and why would I let myself be degraded and be more frustrated than i already am by dealing with them? Obviously the call was intended because I needed some kind of help.

She is rude and demeaning, i called them in good faith because i want to save the place that i truly worked hard for, my home and by all means willing to work with them. Wachovia needs to understand that alot of homeowners are already stressed with their finances even before they contact them, after waiting for an hour and felt insulted, I felt like I have nothing else to go or turn.

She asked why I can't be able to pay my mortgages and i told her about the downturn in the market that caused my company to reduce the budget by cutting its employees hours of working. They cut up to16hours off of my paychecks (every pay period) so i have a reduce of income, and therefore couldn't be able to afford to pay my mortgages. She asked about my income vs. My expenses, and in the end told me that she pretty much cannot do anything for me, she told me that i am just going to have to pick up another job somewhere or come out with the money to save my home, she's really rude and demeaning and i was insulted with her callous remarks. I called them in good faith, and in the end couldn't be more stressed out especially after speaking to her.
