I have a loan with Wachovia. I informed them that I lost my job 3 months ago and am only one month late with my car payment.
They call me everyday and harass me as if I got a job and check overnight from the last phone call I received. When I contact the service department, they send a scripted message. They are very unprofessional and I would HIGHLY recommend you do NOT work with them.
