Four Months ago we completed our Hamp Three Month Trial period with Wachovia. Three weeks passed and we got no letter of phone call with details to what we should be paying. We called wachovia and after getting transfered 3 times the lady told us that due to so many people on Hamp it would be another three weeks before we send something out to. I then asked, well then how do I know what to pay? She said I need to just send in what I was sending in for the trial period. Well I did that and here we are seven weeks later and nothing from them. We called and they told us they are sorry but they have so many request that they are behind. Well maybe I should tell them I have so many request to pay bills that I will send them their Check in 6 weeks. All I wish is that they would communicate better and get ther act straight and stop making the consumer look like the Criminal.
