Stay away from this appraislal company. One of their appraisers came to my home to appraise it for a mortgage refinance. I paid them with a personal check which was $100 higher than the fees listed on their web site. The mortgage refinance company then made misrepresentations about the refinancing deal, so I switched to another mortgage company. I was able to get a copy of the appraisal from the original mortgage company, but McSkittle refused to reassign their appraisal to my new mortgage company even though I paid for it, and the original mortgage company didn't.
