I had a loan all set up, everything great, then I had to use Landsafe, the appraiser company with Countrywide mortgage, my appraisal came in $20,000 less then the one I got independantly. They would not use it, all of a sudden my mortgage insurance went up to $625.00 for PMI, the payment quoted was over 1000.00 more, this was just a simple refinance!!! Please beware, do not use Countrywide as Landsafe Appraisers are their ripoff company that they work together. I do not know how they stay in business! Jackie Duped In Maryland
