This company calls your phone number and hangs up on you if you answer. I think they are on a quota to make calls. When I called back on one occassion they asked me if I would like to make a payment? I told them that I would mail a payment in and within a week I noticed that they fraudulently took a payment out of an old checking account and then they charged me enormous fees as a result of the account being closed out.
I called them and told them to look through the notes to verify that I NEVER authorized them to take money out of my account and I especially would never have them do this out of a closed out account!
I called and asked to speak to a manager and they put me in contadt with a person named Mark Miller who basically told me I was lying and he put me on the spot to provide proof that I did not authorize his staff to collect my money from this old checking account. I told him that I DID not authorize his staff to take money out of this closed out account and that he should believe me because I am the customer and I have been good on my accounts. Why would I try to make a payment on an old account I asked him? He said unless I had proof that I did not authorize his staff to make the payment he could do nothing and I was going to incur the hefty fees that they charged me.
