When I checked my checking account I noticed money was missing that should not have been missing and I was charged some fees for things I was unaware of coming into my account.
When I contacted the bank I was told $99.00 dollars was taken out two times and because of this I was charged over drafted fees.
It is noted under check 105869 for Nov. 6, Ref Number 0914666828 on my bank statement.
When I called the number given to me by the bank, I got a person named Libbie Alessi at 1-800-487-0634 EX. 120. She asked if, you did not authorize the payment. I said no, and I told her I have never heard of the company nor received a card from this company. She then sent me a cancellation and refund form. She also told me that they can not give me back my refund because I needed to completed some paper work. She also stated the funds should of never been taken from my account because their program is not authorized in Wisconsin. I asked that indicates that the funds should of never been taken out, someone took funds out of my account illegeally.
