My name is Sylvia Jones and I took a $15k loan out with Citiplatform who inturn sold it to Fairbanks Capital Mortgage Co. I contacted Fairbanks on Tues, March 4 to request a fax of all and any documents regarding my account. As of today, March 10, I have not received the fax.
They also were unable to pull up any files regarding my account or refer back to any hardcopies. My loan was taken out on 12/24/1997 in the amount of $15k and the first payment was due and paid on 1/3/0/98 and as of March 10, Fairbanks records state that I still owe $12,285.47 and that as of today, I have only paid $2,714.53!!!
Making a monthly payment of $200 since 1/30/98 to 3/10/03 makes it a total of 63 months which should show that as of today, I have paid f $12,600!! Please help me save my home that has been in my family for 30 years and 3 generations!
