CIC Credit Monitor AKA ConsumerInfo.com ripoff fraudulently charged my credit card

I received my bank statement today and there is a charge of $79.95 from CIC Credit Monitoring on it. I have no idea who these people are. I believe they got my information from ConsumerInfo.com where I got a "free" credit report—evidently, it wasn't free.
