I have been fighting to keep my home from being foreclosed on for over 2 years. FairBanks Capital has been hitting me hard with fees, intrest charges, charging me to pay for their lawyer etc. It seems that every 6 months I go through them trying to foreclose on my house.
This results in more charges etc. They tell me now that I have not payed in 6 months. I have money order stubs, Western Union paper work for these months and they still say "Well we have no record of these months being paid so you owe us for these months."
I fax them the papers and they still say I have not paid them. I don't have any money for a lawyer so I am soooo scard that I am really going to lose my home this time. I need help and don't know where to turn.
I recently read other people are going through the same thing. I see all these people are in the process of losing their homes, and I feel like crying for them too. How can a company do what they are doing and get away with it. I know that in a month or 2 my house will be in forecloser.
For 15 years I was a single MOM. Now the house that I was able to buy on my own is going to be gone. I can not tell you how this hurts and how I can't sleep at night. I know that I will never be able to save to buy another home.
Because FairBanks refuses to give me a good rating and my Chapter 13 (which I took out to save my home 2 years ago) will be dismissed, I will never have that dream of having a place to live when I retire.
I can stand FairBanks, they are there to take peoples dreams away. I am sooo scared to tell my children that we have to give up our home. I hope that they don't hate me for losing their dreams.
