My husband and I was having difficulty with our finances so we wanted our mortgage payment to be remodified and we contacted our loan company (wells fargo) but all they did was give us a run around.
We than went on the internet and saw New hope company that that they are helping homeowner in distress talk to their loan company and they will make sure they remodify your loan, we fell for this and new hope requested for $1,500.00 for their services which we gave to them.
Once they collected all the documents that was requested they did not contact us to update us as far our case,
Now we were behind in our mortgage payment and we called Wells fargo and they said that we hav eto make a payment of $1,903 fo r 3 months and then they will let us know if we qualified for loan remodification.
New hope is a fraud and they are making use of distress homeowners and they money they collected from us should have gone towards our mortgage.
