Wells fargo home mortgage holds a 30 year mortgage at 6.125 int, rate. Actual statement reads, payment of $870;00, intrest $478.85, principal $113.21. At this rate, this 30 year mortgage will take at least 90 years to pay off, the entire mortgage is $94'000, i have been forced to make four, forebearence agreements under the promise each time of a loan modification to bring mortgage current, each time being deferred one payment, now instead of the three months behing which i reqested help with, i am now seven months behind and under constant threat of foreclosure, and have been served with foreclosure papers, this is one perfect example of why the foreclosure rate is so high, the mortgage companies are purposely not helping the buyers and putting them much farther behind to make it easier to take away their homes as explained, wells fargo is responsible for four of my seven months of unpaid mortgage and still, there is no loan modification to bring me current. I also have a smaller second mortgage with wells fargo financial bank, whom call my house anywhere from nine times per day and in one case seventeen times in one day, including sundays and holidays from 7;00am, to 11;00 pm daily.
This again is one example of what people are being put through but no one ever hears about it.
