I have been in negotiations witth American Servicing Co / AKA Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I was laid off and could not afford my mortgage payment I have gone through 3 loan modifications with none being the final deal. I called today 7/28 and they advised that my personal loan modifier was no longer with the companay and my loan modification was not active and I would have start all over with an new negotiator this would make the 4th time this had occurred. Does anyone know of a good attorney or government agency that could assist me
