Beware of this lender. I have already been foolish enough to fall prey to Charter Lending and then get this email from PrimeMax Financing, and they play the same game. They want 16% collateral upfront of course via moneygram/western union. Didn't go through with this one, just remember though it is ILLEGAL in the US to as for any money upfront so this is another same artist.
