Portfolio Recovery Associates: Brittney Burshard
Harassment for payment of an "old bill". They required my social security number or bank account number

We receive a call from their representative Brittney Burshard, asking for social security, and bank account information becasue of an outstanding bill from a hopsital stay. The call was made to us on a Saturday. She informed she needed to make a decision about our account today (we cannot access the hospital's Billing Department until Monday).

When I called back, they wanted confirmation of my social security number before I could speak to their representative.
