Is a rip off

I had received a yellow post card in the mail saying that I could be approved for a grant up to $5000.00. I made the call and gave all of my information like my address, phone number, social security number, and bank name, ect. Then I was transfered to another guy which said that I was approved for this grant, then which he was asking me to pay a processing fee and wanted to know when the funds would be available. I did not give him my bank account number or routing number. So what I do want to know is what about my social security and my bank name that they have. What should I do about my social security and bank name. If anyone knows can you please help and let me know A.S.A.P.
