In August my mom & I started to have problems keeping up with our mortgage. Mom contacted Wells Fargo numerous times & they had us send a financial worksheet & a letter of hardship. We did this two times. As of today December 30 we are still getting letters asking for it.
Mom continued to call Wells Fargo & she was told to call 800-416-1472 that they would help her, "Hope Now" at 888-995-4673 At that point mom called Wells Fargo 800-848-9862 they told her to fax copies of bank statements & pay stubs & to resubmit the financial worksheet we had sent twice before. Rather than go into detail, I'm sure you will understand, she was also referred to these numbers by Wells Fargo: 877-216-8448,800-678-7986,866-717-5049 and back to 800-416-1472 where she started.
As of the last conversation that I had with a Wells Fargo knowledgeable, he told me, "if you can't afford your home then sell it!" I am now calling other companies in my area. What a circus Wells Fargo is.
