I wanted to write a review about Wells Fargo seeing that this will be the second house we have bought while using them as our lender. My wife and I bought our first house together back in 2005 when I was 19 and she was 21, Wells Fargo helped us with everything and was understanding and helpful when two young people didn't have the paperwork they needed from us for a week and a half, lol. Now this will be our second home buying experience, we are actually purchasing a foreclosure this time and it seemed to be a little more difficult for Wells Fargo to be dealing with the bank that owns the house we are buying. But everything has gone smoothly and it seems to be shaping up to another GREAT experience with Wells Fargo, we close on our home tomorrow!!! WoooHooo! Our interest rate is outstanding and our payment is under what we budgeted. Thanks again Wells Fargo!
