Scooter warranty fraud

I bought a 2006 150cc scooter new but 12 months old-good cost winston strouddard his title may be neglect-wrote they guaranteed 3yr guarantee, then went of company. The guarantee was a scam and that I gained' t actually purchase anything this large off the web. I actually donot trust any from today on. Our scooter requires a battery they delivered me one per month later also it was the incorrect one plus they did not make it right. Reginald Wallace
