Unauthorized withdrawal

I requested their free trial offer and settled delivery. I acquired my free trial offer plus they got out an unauthorized fee for 75.48. Used to donot receive any item from their store or did I request it. I've tried calling them-and Iam simply on-hold Never does a live advisor consider my phone!
