There was some un-authorized processing on my account with online banking and bill pay that caused me to end up with overdraft fees since I never use my checking so there is rarely much money in there. Well, for the last 3 weeks, I have been trying to get someone to help me and instead of listening, they never allow me to talk and say that I did make the transaction and that there is nothing they can do about the overdraft fees. One person in particular that gave me the name of Laporna (if it's even real) told me things like "I'm just telling you something you don't want to hear" and continued on to "Yup, that's what you did, I'm stating the facts" and then said "don't pretend that you even know me". I actually calmed myself down to even allow her to go off on this rant and then when she finally stopped I figured I would have a chance to re-iterate what my issue was and she cut me off and continued to say that she was not finished and there was no point in what I was going to say. It was and has been the worst experience with customer service, and it's still not taken care of. The branch couldn't even help me. They just gave me another number in which you call when you are getting the run around. The manager said she even gets treated the same way when she has issues with them, and she works there. Can you believe they even have a number for customers to call when you are given the run around. Well, I called, and it was no different. They also seem to be losing customers left and right and they are extending their service hours, but believe me, they won't have a chance if their service does not change. They've lost me and my family and friends.
