Charging eroneous overdraft fees to consumers

First Merit Bank customer service, supervisors, President have no customer service skills. They have frauded customers by charging overdrafts of $35.00 when in fact there is enough funds to cover the transactions. But because they do not post transaction in the order that is posted in the online banking and because the customer do not know what they post first it causes undo stress, aggravation and to be told by a personal banker ANGIE at the banking branch on 47th street in Chicago, Il that I am an incompetent banker and need to understand how to wait for them to pay my transactions before I authorize payment from them realizing I have direct deposit. I have paid more than my share of fees for items that I know should have been covered. The customer service is horrible. They talk to you like you do not have a clue bout banking. I'm beyond furious and have closed my banking relationship with this sorry bank. I work hard for my money. I'm not going to make this bank rich by constantly charging me overdraft fees for items I have the funds to cover. I want this bank investigated for fraud.
