US Bank has chrged me over $200 in overdraft charges for my checking account being $15 overdrawn. The kicker in this is that I have a savings account for the purpose of overdraft protection. It had funds that should have covered the $15.
US Bank also has a terrible practice of approving debit card transactions then charging $32 for each approved transaction. If there isn't money there. To be more fair they should deny the charges, not approve them then charge $32 dollars to their loyal customers.
I think US Bank is dishonest and unfair in its practices and everyone should avoid doing business with them.US Bank believes that it is so big it does not have to take care of the little guy. Well it is the little guy that can put them out of business.
