I served my father phone BoA to request a diminished rate of interest (he does not speak English nicely) on his charge cards, and my father had named earlier this month, but he did not actually comprehend. And so I was speaking with this woman, and he or she virtually stated that he was not certified to get a lower rate of interest, and certainly will just be if he gives promptly. (which he does, but used to donot realize that till following the phone since my father visited the shop immediately after the owner individual spoke to him to I would like to speak about his consideration - what exactly is that this woman referring to??? } She looked good, till she recognized that his consideration was in lots of debt which BoA had ended his card. I am aware eliminating the cards, but darn, her perspective was completely different. After which I questioned her what we are able to do, she virtually stated there is nothing to complete. After which I requested to get a boss, and he or she stated she was the greatest I really could proceed. After which I began stating that she wasn't useful, so that as I had been going to declare Iwan
Ted to talk to another person, she weighs on me. Hangs up. After which I call back, and have for that individual I had been speaking with and so I might protest about her, they stated they've no report of the phone call. Obviously there is no report. She probably did not publish it since she hung-up on me. Really? I am talking about, at this time, some lots of people have been in difficulty, and he or she has got the audacity to hold on me and never I would like to keep in touch with somebody above her? Used to do not think her at-all that she was the boss. So that they offered me an address that I will deliver a notice to, but that actually does no-good since its nothing like they are able to discover who it's. I can not think them. Our entire household reaches BoA and that I will certainly transfer them, and inform EVERYBODY to not use BoA. Simply because they're the only real people remaining this disaster, does not mean they are able to handle people like garbage. I can not think them.
I'm allowing everybody understand BoA customer support hurts. I have had a lot more issues along with this, but I'm so discouraged, since there is nothing I - can do about it except criticism.
