Put fraudulant debt on my credit report, now harassing us by phone

This company put a phony debt on my credit report. They are now harassing me by phone, nasty and rude to anyone that picks up the phone at our home-it is disgusting!!!
They have sent a few letters to my home, which I have promptly responded to with a request for their validation of the debt, and adding that I dispute the debt in its entirety. I have had no response, with the exception of the nasty phone calls (Alex Keane is one of the callers).
How this company is allowed to exist with phony debt is beyond me-why won't someone do something about these people!!!
