Consumer Credit is a fraud!

I received a letter stating I qualified for an unsecured major credit card with a $5000 limit. I was asked to send in a check or money order for $49.00 for rush delivery of the card. I should have realized with my bad credit this was unlikely to be the real deal but I wanted to believe!

I had only waited about two weeks when it occurred to me I could probably track the progress of my card on the web site of Cosumer Credit. The problem was I couldn't find a website - only testimonials from others like me who had been cheated out of their hard earned money.

I'll most certainly be more careful next time, but in the meantime I will seek restitution. I advize others to be careful of falling in the same trap.
