I just found this web site by mistake, I was looking up Ocwen to see if I could find their web site to get a Tax Interest Statement for which they never sent. Anyway I had been dealing with Ocwen for about 5 years, ever since HUD sold the mortgage to them. And let me tell you, all the posting that I have read on this site are true I know because I have been through every thing except the foreclosure, and believe you me I sweated for five years of Ocwen threatening to do just that.
Finally when I thought the end was near, I sold my house of 16 years to pay them off. I made 10 thousand dollars, which I had to use as a first and last month payment on a house to rent. I now dont get the annoying calls from Ocwen every day, and those stupid NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE FOREBAREANCE letters. If its not to late I would like to join the class action suit against this behemoth bad boy.
