Ripoff Enter into agreements and don't follow through consumer fraud ripoff

I may lose my home because of there deceptive fraud practices i entered into a frobearence agreement and it states the exact payments that i should make and based on that they would stop forclosure. This agreement was entered into in sept. I now have to attend a pretrial on february 6th evwen though i have done my part they still are proceeding with foreclosure. It is a shame that the working people of america can be deceived like this.
