We are also part of this RIP OFF company. We have foreclosure proceedings started and I refuse to give up my home during the holidays. I have found out that there are several other families in Western Washington that have the same complaint.
Fairbanks has lost one of our payments and have not been able to justify where it went or where it was applied to and that was after we sent them the paperwork in the mail and FAXED it to them. That put us one payment behind and then they said that we were two payments behind which started the foreclosure proceedings.
I am so tired of these bastards pushing me around. They even paid someone to DRIVE by my house and hand a piece of paper to my children that said that we were contacted by someone from Fairbanks Capital. WIth all the sexual deviants in my area, I am so damned angry that they had the blatant gall to do that and not face me like a man!
What can be done to stop these ignorant people who think that money can buy whatever they want. And by the way did the FTC stop the investigation of Fairbanks in lieu of the settlement of 130 million dollars?
