PayPal removed $500.00 from my account and eventually gave it to the buyer. I have shown proof that the item was delivered and signed for by the buyer and PayPal will not acknowledge it be cause the online tracking says different. This letter came directly from DHL in Turkey and the buyer had me ship the item to the wrong address so DHL would not be directly involved with the delivery. The buyer then goes and picks the item up so there is no record of tracking saying that it was "Delivered" I have two letters from DHL in Turkey saying that the item was picked up and signed for and PayPal will not honor them because they know they were wrong. Is there anyway to get this money back?
