I sold a bicycle on ebay for 339.99 plus 300 for shipping to Taiwan. I sold a complete Biachi Bicycle. The buyer stated that he got a Mongoose mountain bike frame. He filed a dispute with paypal and they told the buyer to return the item for a refund. The buyer sent me back the frame he claimed he got. I filed an appeal with paypal. They closed it in the buyers favor. The fedex tracking showed the returned item weighed 20 lbs but my shipping label from the Post Office showed the bike I shipped weighed 30 lbs. I sent this information to paypal. They still awarded the buyer the money. They took 640.00 from me. The buyer has my bike and his money back.
