We have experienced similar difficulties with Fairbanks Capital as other consumers. We have made payments, documented the payments, and still have not received credit toward our account. This has caused severe stress to our personal and financial lives.
Everytime we call customer service, we are given the run around and are told something different each time we speak to someone.
