Chase Credit card company. I notice three un-authorized charges when I contacted my card holder Chase they told me they had nothing to do with this and that this was managed by a third party.
I had three comapnies un-authorized charges with:

I notified *PRIVACYMATTERS and the credited me back 3 months & PAYMENT PROTECTORS credited be back 2 months.
This TLG*PRIVGRD had no contact information and Chase had no contact information either.
I had to cancel my account and I can say I WILL NEVER do business with Chase EVER if I can in anyway help it. This place offered no help what so ever and acted as if this is a known issue in which they will only observer and not help. Again Bad Chase
