When I found out charges from Telemarking companies that I never authorized on my card, Chase told me to dispute those charges myself.
Even worse, they said that I had to call vendors and cancel automatic charge to my card. How crazy is that? I am the owner of the card, I ask the company that issued a card to me, not to charge my card, and according to them they couldn't process my request. I ended up calling Chase back and telling them I lost my card just to get out of these auto charges.
Do not sign with CHASE for credit card, you will get no protection and no service!
