Breaks Federal Laws $279 Scam

Received a call from Erik Bates (very professional-sounding and friendly salesperson) advising me that he could consolidate all my high-interest credit card debt onto a 9% card, improve my credit, retain all my other credit cards, and it was guaranteed — if I would only pay $279.

He also was extremely relieved that he had "saved me" in time from Consumer Credit Counseling, who would ruin my credit with their program. He actually referred me to this website to check and see how bad Consumer Credit Counseling was!!!

He told me how great their program is because they handle everything for you and it's all done electronically, and it would just take him a few minutes to transfer all my balances just as soon as I gave him a debit card number for the service fee of $279. I asked for written information, but he directed me to check out their website instead. I told him I didn't have the $279, but would check them out and get back to him.

Their website is nice looking, but has absolutely no information or worthwhile content. I then went to this website, as directed, and found plenty of bad information about Consumer Credit Counseling, and even MORE bad information about Premier Savings! Thank goodness for this website.

I also checked with the Federal Trade Commission. It is AGAINST THE LAW for any firm to make you pay up front for a loan or credit. It's also against the law for them to guarantee credit.

Based on other reports, it is clear this is a scam. I do want to thank Erik Bates for sending me to this site and finding out about how bad his company is, along with his competitors!
