I received atelephone call from Samuel Ramos in October that he could help me consolidate my bills if I was having financial problems and did not want to go through debt consolidation up to $10,000.00 with interest rates as low as 5.9% as long as I had not filed bankruptcy. Teh ccost was $279.00.
I was told that If I did not received a credit card to consolidate all my credit cards after three tries, then I would be refunded 60% of the money I paid. I was however, assured that it was rare that anyone was ever turned down.
The bottom line is that I my credit cards have not been consolidated. I was turned down by all of the referral from Premier Savings and they still have not reimbursed my money.
This is definitely some kind of scam. I want to make sure that people are aware of Premier Savings scam.
