An assortment company addressing Orchard Bank is threatening me with garnishment to get a charge card that's not mine. They explained I've to obtain a affadavit of scam from my police division or spend up. I named my police division plus they stated they don't accomplish that, that the financial institution needs to try this. I've previously had two garnishments for charge cards that aren't mine. How do I understand this to prevent?! They've my SS range. I've not had a charge card of any sort in about 7 years!
