The possible downside of yet another very convincing and plausible sales pitch thru numerous webinars, endorsed by any number of Internet marketing gurus. Nonetheless, I did my usual due diligence on D.C. Fawcett/Neighborhood Solutions, but because the program's relatively new, I didn't expect or find a lot of feedback.
Nagging doubts in the back of my mind have not gone away: why would D.C. Fawcett d/b/a Neighborhood Solutions need hefty upfront fees ($1,000) for a home study course or $10,000 for mentoring, if both have a money back guarantee with the first short sale closed? Is that because there'll never be one closed? Thru no fault of your own?
Now I'm contesting a forced continuity program charge of $47 to my credit card ('gotta watch out for those, and I had my calendar marked!)
The verdict is still out, but tread carefully here. This could be the tip of a melting iceberg. I hope I'm wrong for other people's sake.
