RIPOFF DOESN'T EXIST, TOOK PROCESSING FEE FOR CREDIT, ripoff fraud business

I received an acceptance certificate, which I still have a copy of, for guaranteed approval of 15,000 credit signed by William Roberts. I sent in the $43.00 rush processing fee and it cleared my bank.

I then received a membership package with a catalog and a gold card with a website address that doesn't exist and telephone and fax number that are also phony.
