Alantic Capital Resource Center sure took me for a ride. I was contacted by RUBY LONG and was told i was fully approved for a $30,000.00 loan.
Ruby then told me i had to secure the loan via insurance or 6 mounths worth of payments upfront. I chose the insurance because it was cheaper. My first payment of $800.00 was sent via money gram to Steven Grant. After that i called Ruby and she told me that i had to send the full amount for insurance before the loan would be released to me. So i sent another $300.00 to Steven Grant. Ruby Long did fax me a letter from them confirming that when the 300.00 was paid i would recieve my money.
After i sent the money i called Ruby to let her know and she then told me that my file would be transferd to customer service for processing. After talking to NICOLE ANNE RIVERS in customer service she told me about the processing fee of $250.00 and the rest of the insurance would have to be paid before the loan would be granted. After sending them another $450.00 to Nicole Anne Rivers i called back in and was told she was on the phone and would call me right back. Well when she called me back i was so busy i could not answer the phone so she let a message saying that she recieved the fax and that the money would be released into my checking account between 4:42p. M and 6:42P.M.
Of course the money was not there so i called back. The lady told me that there was a fire in the building and that the loan had timed out before the transfer could be made. I was told i would be refunded the money i paid them plus 250.00 for all my problems. As of this day i still have no money and its been a week and a half now. I was told i would recieve a check in the mail in 5 days.
I really hope we can find the people that is responecable for this scam and nail them for all there worth. Because of this my car has been repoded and my apartment rent is behind. I will be able to catch up my apartment rent before i am evicted but i car is as good as gone.
