This is company is a complete scam. I applied for a loan with them to consolidate my credit card debt. I was called my Martina Watson who was my loan representative. She explained the terms of the loan and where it was coming from. A private lender in Dallas Texas named Courtney Anne Williams. Martina explained they have done three loans with Ms. Williams. She fax over several documents, which were all drawn up with the terms discussed. Everything seemed legitimate; I was told it was a secured loan, which also gives me a grace period of four months before repayment is required. I had to wire $925.00 to Courtney Anne Williams and then the money would be released in eight hours.
I was then called by Martina stating that there was an error in the system and that I was required to purchase the insurance, which was $760.00. She stated that the lender thought I had a previous loan with them, which is why they had not required I purchase the insurance. Martina Watson was very convincing, easy to get a hold of and had all the right answers.
I spoke with her right after I transferred the $760.00 she told me the $8000 loan would be deposited within eight hours. This was Friday, October 26th. I was away for the weekend and on Monday no deposit was made. I called Martina several times and there was no answer. She failed to return any of my phone calls. I then received an email from a Ruby Bell saying my loan needs to be finalized and that they were waiting on the insurance money to be wired. I called her and she explained that Martina had made a huge mistake and the lender applied the $760 toward my first three payments and had given me an extended grace period. She said she would fax over the new paper work and I would need to wire over $500, which was the basic insurance amount and the funds would be deposited today.
Nothing was ever deposited into my account. None of my phone calls have been returned and I have received two emails requesting more money in order to receive my loan. This company is a complete scam. I gave $2300 to this company and received nothing in return.
