We was behind in 2 payment, when we was with EquiCredit, and they said they put them payments on the end of the morgage, and that we was all ok... Then they give our morgage to Fairbanks.
And Fairbanks wanted thoughs 2 payments on the end of the morgage, right now, and would not take payments. Then, Fairbanks raised our payments from $549.42 — to — $664.08 — and then was talking about raiseing our payments again. And they would NOT take any part payments. They said, a full payment and nothing else would be taken.
We feel that they broke the contract, by raiseing our payments and by not letsing us make part payments. We did try to talk to them, BUT, they said that they can not do anything about any of it, cause they did not know what was going on. ALSO - They would not put us in contact with anyone that was in charge.
We feel that this is very unfair and totaly wrong. We was barely makeing the $549.42 payments, there was no way we could make the $664.08 payments. PLUS&We can not afford a Lawer. If we could, we could afford the large payments.
SO—We feel that we are being cheated and that Fairbanks should be put out off buisiness for cheating people.
