Interest rate was changed from 9.99% to 25.49% with no cause or notification that I received.
Advanta would not let me opt out, when I called, after I received the first statement with the interest rate increase.
I told them I felt that legally and morally they had to let me opt out of the new terms. Their response to this was that they did not have to let me opt out and, that it is in their agreement that they can change the terms anytime they want.
