I received my monthly statement for oct and it showed my interest rate had increased to 26.31 from 7.99. When i called the company they ask if i had received their letter last month stating the increase was going to happen. I said no. I spoke to the supervisior and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the ceo's name and i was given john moore but i see other folks were given another name. I have been with advanta for 3 years. I have never been late and always paid monthly more than was due. Thank goodness i have the cash to pay of my balance. I do think a law suit is in order.
