I just looked at my checking account online and noticed that your website has used an ACH / withdrawal from my account for the amount of $31.85. I have not authorized your company to withdrawal any money from my account. I've actually never heard of this company until today when I noticed my money had been taken out. I NEED all of my money back seeing as I have not authorized your company to withdraw any money in the first place, pronto. Thank you in advance.
