Countrywide broke truth in lending act! I was never told nor did I sign anything about Texas A-6 laws. I am not late on this ARM but they will not even refiance there own loan. I am looking for some legal help on this I have plenty of paperwork or should i say lack of paperwork on there side about truth in lending laws. I have all the orginal paperwork from this scam closing but nothing about Texas A-6 laws. Dont understand how this place is still in business and writing loans with such deceptive pratices.
